I appreciate how much time Omar has spent explaining and going over all my options. He is a delight to work with on my issues and gives me thoughtful and considerate attention to help me with my back and pain.

While I was happy with the service provided in the office for the day of service I was disappointed with the prescription that was not dent over to the pharmacy. It took ~ a week to get it there. The other comment is about the follow-up on the injection service. Still have not been called to schedule that service.

the doctor explained the issues i have with my back in a very clear way. it really helped me understand the problem. also he gave me some things that i might be able to do to help with my pain. it was very encouraging.

Omar was very gracious, took time to go over my neck x-ray as well as my cervical spine MRI. He explained very thoroughly my condition, discussed treatment options, and made sure I got a copy of my office visit noting upcoming diagnostic injections (MBBs) to be scheduled with Dr. Stapleton. Very pleased with my first time visit to your clinic.

Omar inspires confidence. He's clearly knowledgeable and a good communicator. My session with him was 5-stars, even though I"m left with no definitive answers. BUT ... he appeared to think it was urgent that I get more MRIs, X-rays, and a nerve test and would put in the orders. Since Tuesday I have received no further contact - not from labs or even my own doctor. I'm limping around in pain and feel no sense of urgency from my medical team.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Mr. Gonzalez. He took time with me to explain the results of my MRI and asked pertinent questions about my pain location and level. He thoroughly discussed options for managing my pain and assured me that I was welcome to contact his office by phone or appointment should I have any follow-on concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Omar gave it to me straight. I came alone to my consult appointment and it was not good news. I live alone and didn’t want to burden someone by asking them to come to the appointment with me. The whole thing was a blur after hearing the beginning of the bad news. I wish that I would have been sent home with paperwork and explanation of procedures for me to review later after the initial shock of life change prognosis. I went home and did a deep dive on the internet grasping for any morsel of information trying to find out what the next steps are for me… and that was scary! I am attempting to get more accurate information from the office and hope that it will calm my overwhelming worries.
