About Jordi X. Kellogg, MD

Jordi X. Kellogg, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in treating spinal disorders at Kellogg Brain and Spine, which has locations in Portland, Oregon. 

Dr. Kellogg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Irvine and his Master of Science degree in physiology from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California. Dr. Kellogg continued his training with an internship in general surgery and a residency in neurological surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. He also completed a Fellowship at the Dotter Interventional Institute of Oregon Health Sciences University. He is currently working towards his OHSU Healthcare MBA.

Dr. Kellogg is board certified in neurosurgery and has been in practice since 2001. He is active in professional organizations, maintaining memberships in the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and American Medical Association. 

Dr. Kellogg has served as a presenter at numerous scientific and medical conferences around the country and internationally. He is also the author of many abstracts and articles published in peer-reviewed journals, in addition to a book chapter. 

Dr. Kellogg is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan. When Dr. Kellogg is not in the clinic or performing surgery, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His favorite pastimes are sailing, reading, and training for triathlons.
